Storage & Abandoned Product Policy

Customer-supplied items left with Atrova Laser⁠ for engraving, customization, repair, marking, or other services must be picked up promptly after completion. Customers will be notified of completion by phone call, text message, email, or other contact information provided at the request of customization or drop-off.

Items not picked up within fifteen (15) days of completion notice may be subject to storage fees of up to $5.00 per day unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any items remaining unclaimed after fifteen (15) days may be considered abandoned property. Atrova Laser⁠ reserves the right to dispose of, recycle, resell, or otherwise retain abandoned items in order to recover labor, material, storage, and administrative costs, without further notice or liability.

Commercial, bulk, or contract orders may be subject to separate pickup timelines and storage arrangements as agreed upon in writing.

By leaving property with Atrova Laser⁠ for service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this policy.
